Refund policy

At Nestlooms, we understand how important it is to get everything just right for your little one. Every product we make goes through careful quality checks. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

2.  Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return. We offer a full refund to your original payment method for any of the following:

    We sent you a defective, damaged, or wrong item

    The product has a manufacturing defect (loose stitching, broken zipper, torn fabric, etc.)

    The product didn’t fully meet your expectations

For defective or incorrect items — return shipping is completely on us.

For all other returns — return shipping is borne by the customer.

Once we receive the item and complete a quick check, your full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags intact.

3.  Size Exchange

We offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact. Contact us on WhatsApp or email, ship it back to us (return shipping is borne by the customer), and we’ll dispatch the correct size within 2-3 business days. If your size is unavailable, you’ll get a full refund.

4.  Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, items must be:

    Unused, unwashed and unworn

    In original condition with all tags intact and original packaging

For your baby’s safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been washed, used, or are missing their tags.

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, oral-use products, and personalized items are non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding.

Note: Minor colour differences due to screen settings are normal and not eligible for return. We photograph all products in natural daylight for accuracy. If you feel the difference looks significant, please contact us and we’ll review it personally.

5.  Cancellation Policy

    Cancel before dispatch — full refund, no charges, processed within 5-7 business days.

    Cancel after dispatch — ₹75 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

To cancel, contact us immediately at +91 9119373900 or via WhatsApp so we can act before dispatch.
