What Qualifies for a Return/Exchange:

1. Wrong Item Received
– If the wrong product, colour, or size was delivered.

2. Damaged or defective item
– Includes stitching errors, tears, or stains upon arrival.
– Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.

3. Fit issues
– Applies only to size-based items (like nappies, Frocks etc).
– Must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
– Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
– Return shipping to be borne by the customer.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

The request is raised after the return window (3 days).
The reason for return is purely subjective.
